Methodology of work
Complying with its regulations, the AHT holds a monthly meeting with its committee and its members according to an annual schedule and another general assembly for all members, during the first months of each year.
The Committee is the body that carries out the daily activities of the institution, holding a meeting every Thursday and reporting on its management in a detailed report to the members of the committee on a monthly basis in the reunion mentioned above.
The annual Schedule also plans meetings with the presidents of the branches in the different provinces of Argentina on a quarterly basis, which serve to touch the matters relevant to each branch inside the wider national plan.
The strategic planning of the organization is in line with the vision and mission that the institution has previously stated.
The mission is accomplished following an annual Master Plan and its corresponding Budget, which is prepared at the end of every year to be submitted for approval to the Committee.
