Branches are defined as the representations of the Association of Tourism Hotels of the Argentine Republic (AHT) which are established in the different regions of the country, according what the first article of the social statute establishes.
Each branch will establish a local committee, composed of a minimum of five (5) members, who will hold the following positions: President, vice president, secretary, treasurer and one (1) member.
Organizational structure of the branches:
Each branch should constitute a Local Committee, composed of at least five (5) members, who will play the following positions: President, Vice president, Secretary, Treasurer and one (1) Member.
Responsibility of the branch authorities:
President: Institutionally represent the Branch, preside the meetings of the local commission, present the Annual Plan to the Board of the AHT, control and/or authorize together with the Treasurer, -upon request of the Board-, all those expenses decided or authorized by the latter, the account of Resources and Expenses, and if it be the case, name authorities.
Vice president: Help the President in all actions carried out, for example, the organization of topics and meetings. The Vice President will replace the President -in case the latter is absent- in all those tasks previously established.
Secretary: Attend the meetings of the local commission, follow up the books of acts and write the corresponding acts of the branch meetings, sign the correspondence from the branch together with the President and design the Annual Plan to be presented to the Central Board.
Treasurer: Prepare the Annual Budget of the Branch to be approved by the Board of Directors of the AHT. Be involved in all those payments or transactions involving the movement of funds, planning the due tools for payment together with another member of the designated local Board of Directors, organize all the accounting tools necessary for the economic and financial management of the Branch together with the President, keep all necessary accounting registers and present the annual account of Expenses and Resources, controlling its execution.
Member: Attend all meeting of the Branch as a legitimate member with the power of voting, carry out the tasks of Coordinator of every commission or work groups that may eventually be established, replace the members of the local Board of Directors as it is established.
Branch secretary: Be the coordination between the Branch and the AHT Nación, organizing and coordinating all those meetings and activities to be carried out, keep the contact and associates database updated and inform the AHT Nación any change in the information of the members, send all communication to associates.
